@melitta_nye@SteinMakesGames Redot didn't exist before this. People are harassing Redot developers 'on behalf' of Godot and moderators are more or less encouraging them to continue. The difference is that Redot did not incite anyone to harass them while Godot did.
@Grummz Do these people not understand what inclusivity means? It means not excluding ANYONE, including people who have a different opinion. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and has no place in the modern world. I truly hope the best for the @RedotEngine team.
@gekido As a member of the LGBT, I think getting rid of the CM is the first step to fixing this mess. People like her are a constant source of embarrassment for the community.
@michalalln I will never understand the mentality that posting about supporting us is some kind of honorary service. Everyone should just do their own part in not discriminating against others and make sure the people around them do the same.
@siarate Don't act like posting about it on Twitter is some kind of holy act. You inadvertently hurt those you try to help. Discrimination is much too deeply rooted to be fixed by people on social media, period.
@MewPurPur So LGBT people who don't appreciate being put in the limelight like this are also cockroaches then? I don't think posting on Twitter is helping us in the real world to be honest.
@Hairic_Lilred Hate and harassment? People were upset that the community manager was bringing politics into fun. I, as an LGBT member and developer myself, find the board's cowardice and audacity to play victim disrespectful at best. I never appreciate 'Woke' activists, this is no exception.
@HoneyFilledMoth@godotengine I honestly don't think most people are upset about anyone supporting LGBT, I certainly am not. I'm upset that people feel the need to make themselves look better by gloating about it and bringing politics into fun.
