Riot has a ton of data recorded from every match, win rates, damage dealt, time spent in blockstun/hitstun etc. That's how they balance the game

Imo It becomes fascistic when there is a structural power imbalance involved. It's why I don't think you can be racist to white people, because it isn't backed up by any systemic violence

Like I said, the applicability of the argument varies with the context. There's a lot of arguments that become stupid when a racist uses them

@BellenSmellen @SuperFloxes In this instance, it is a correct argument. The police are meant to make the public feel protected and safe around them. Because of the inherent racism of the police, people of colour justifiably feel the opposite around police.

What constitutes what a bad apple is for a racist is probably going to be someone who is antiracist.

And in that context the argument would be fucking stupid. So again, the context determines the validity

Meaning this argument is a good argument in this specific context

imo it's not even purely defined by whether the group is by choice, for eg if a woman who had been SAd had this mindset, I would completely understand and it wouldn't be fascist at all
