Who said algorithms care about you? They don't even know you exist. They don't know where your stop loss is.
And which algorithms are you talking about? The one that controls price, or the ones retail traders use? There's a big difference. The algorithm that controls price is scripted to move and control price, while retail algorithms simply execute orders at high speed based on retail trading concepts.
Here's my point:
When you look at how precise the universe is, would you really believe it's all just random chance? Many atheists do.
Now apply that same logic to trading. When you see price stop exactly at the midpoint of a level with incredible precision, do you really believe that's just random? That every buyer and seller independently decided to stop at that exact price? And the algorithm that moves price.take the 8:30 news release for example. How many contracts does it need to move price 1000 handles? Just one contract
The algorithms you're talking about the ones that buy and sell aren't what move the market. They simply execute orders at high speed. Price doesn't move just because more people buy or sell. If that were true, explain how price can move with such precision at specific times and levels regardless of retail participation.
