@LNRailway and @WestMidRailway - (whoever put on the 12:46 rail replacement coach from Nuneaton > Rugby today) that was the most bizarre experience! The coach driver went past Rugby station, continued to drive for another 20 mins in the wrong direction to the village of Dunchurch

I'm struggling to comprehend whether after 50 minutes he genuinely realised that he had way overshot his destination and thought we wouldn't notice, or something else was going on - but it was incredibly stressful, and along with a lack of driver for the next LNR train to London

@Hermesparcels This is ridiculous, I've been going round in circles trying to speak to someone at Hermes for weeks now, the phone line sends you to the website and the webchat is useless, I just want to speak to a human being!!
