@ignyharaz2 The time and costs doesnt justify the amount. I once got paid 154k on an acre. My initial expenses was like 80k 1st round. I also waited 12 from planting to harvest and another 4 months for payment. Basically my profit on my initial 80k was 70k after 16 months.
