STATEMENT GAME FOR SEATTLE? 🤔
Will the Seahawks clean up their turnover troubles on Thursday night against the Broncos? 👀
On the latest episode of @Film_Never_Lies, Luke Willson and Christopher Hein breakdown Seattle's ball security issues and wonder if it's already time for a statement game from the defending Super Bowl champs.

@WilMalley@Marauderftbl Pathetic- one of the words used to describe you by a former Mac football player.
“Not sure what he does” was another..
Apologize!
@WilMalley@Marauderftbl I didn’t say fantastic player. I said best Usports player ever. Dont be disrespectful. And don’t talk about things you know nothing about (football).
You owe the football program an apology for your failures. Good day.
Can you not read? Not attacking at all, I think actually think the program should have been/be a national brand! Great school, great teams, great football area! I think Kyle Quinlan might be the best Usports player ever!! But unfortunately the school employed an inept and lazy media person (you) who couldn’t capitalize.
I’m disappointed you didn’t opine on my question. Seems like this is a one way conversation now… I’ll try one more time, do you think you owe the McMaster football team an apology for your failures to promote them locally and nationally?
Bill, I’m gonna have to fact check you on the hurt feelings. Perhaps you’re getting confused on here. I’m just disgusted by you and have no respect for you. I would never let someone I have such negative emotions towards “hurt my feelings”
Also an appropriate response would have been to reach out to someone within your connections in the industry to gather more information before going on a public forum to launch a false accusation against me. (The irony of that is you’d be the one who should have done your research)
On a different note.. wondering if you can opine on the following:
I think there's a legitimate argument that McMaster failed to capitalize on one of the greatest opportunities in Canadian university football history.
Start by considering what Mac had:
2011: Vanier Cup champions, beating Laval in overtime.
2012: Undefeated regular season, another Vanier Cup appearance.
2014: Back in the Vanier Cup for the third time in four seasons.
Kyle Quinlan: A recognizable star quarterback and Hec Crighton winner.
How did Mac not capitalize on turning that into a lasting, nationally recognizable football brand? And Do you feel personally responsible for that catastrophic situation? (Figured we could just keep things on a public site since you’ve set that precedent)
Not thin skinned at all. Just tired of failed and talentless boomers who couldn’t cut it in the sports media industry attempting to use me for a moment in the sun. Especially when it’s a straw-man’s argument.
You did attack me, claiming myself and/or the people at TSN didn’t do research is a farce and an attack. Perhaps that’s how you operated at the Hamilton spectator or Mac athletics but not how I roll.. we spoke about it and researched it and it was my call. I made a mistake on air, I should have said Anthony is the only “contributing Super Bowl champion” to win the Vanier as well. The word ‘contributing’ should have been included. And for that I apologize. I don’t think a tweet of “do your research” was appropriate, nor do I think you should have assumed we didn’t consider Williams.
Congrats on your holier than thou moment though. Well deserved.
Bill I know you old CFL boomers love stealing valor off the NFL…But just to clarify, I knew about Tyrone but don’t really think it’s a clear cut fact. A guy who plays less than 15% of your teams games across 2 seasons and offers almost nothing on the field in those games is a pretty grey situation for me when it comes to being called a Super Bowl champ.
Auclair missed some time due to injury not performance. He was a consistent contributor (when healthy) on ST and offense that year and years prior.
Coming on this app and trying to inadvertently accuse me of laziness or not prepping is disgusting stuff (albeit expected) I just hold players to a legitimate standard not the old school CFL one you abide by.
Redblacks now 0-16. Defense looks clueless and unprepared. Gotta think if they get to 0-18 they should be considered the worst professional football team in the history of the world. Kinda wild.
@SWSB76@MartyYork Scott, Marty has blocked me but can you relay the following message. “I loved your Whitey Herzog quotes from you days at the globe and mail!”
Then ask him to “be honest” about those 😂😂😂
One of the best receivers in the CFL, Kenny Lawler opens up to his former Seahawks teammate, Luke Willson, about the decisions he has made that have kept him out of the NFL and the lessons he has learned from them.
