@limphoseeiso_ @hlovo_ @Thabo_Kemang I think the menstrual leave is a good idea, I'm just looking at the other factors that will arise and have to be sorted for it to be fair and equal, whether we agree with the leave or not it would be discriminatory for if two people earn the same while one party works less hours
