Anyone have the issue of being successful in obtaining a mortgage payment holiday but then get sent demand letters for arrears? Shocking to be honest would expect more from Barclays to ensure they . Their I’s and x their T’s. Then you can’t get through to resolve

@Deliveroo shocking service today. Arrives 75 minutes late and obviously food stone cold. Then to be told ‘because we have insulated bags you won’t get a refund’ shocking to say the least. You’re missing the point guys!
