The current leadership of the West whether Biden, Scholz, Macron or Trudeau look fatigued, out of touch, intellectually unimpressive, and more concerned with pronouns and greening the economy than they are with prosperity, projecting strength and a positive vision of their culture and civilization. They're also not making the case for individuals liberties and democracy. If anything they're riding roughshod over both whether it's the unconstitutional use of emergency powers in Canada to squash dissent, or using every legal maneuver and then some to try to get Trump off the ballot and deny Americans their democratic choice.

Meanwhile in the non-Western world, you have leaders that project strength and authority, and a vision for their culture and civilization and its place in history, whether you like it or not, such as Putin, Xi and Modi.

There's a vacuum in the Western world's leadership. Can you name a single Western leader who projects confidence and strength and who is looked up to by their populace? It's this kind of void that leads to a fascination with authoritarianism. That's the wrong lesson to draw.

Western democracies need to reinvent themselves by rediscovering the foundational western values of individual liberties, the rule of law, and the free market as a way to govern the economy, along with a strong military to project strength to the outside world. Sadly, this vision seems to be completely absent at present in the major countries of the West. Leaders of the would be new world order sense this fatigue and disarray in the West and they're just biding their time for Western civilization to implode, and then they can pick up the pieces and reconstruct it according to their own vision.
