REBRAND NOTICE 📢

WilliamEstUSA is now LyknEst USA .ᐟ.ᐟ

our team has thought this change over and over again, and it just felt like the next logical step. we already do projects and promotions for LYKN and WilliamEst, so it only made sense to change our name to cover everyone!

we are still the same fanbase, just with a new name and more love to give. 🩵

keep an eye out for a logo change and future LYKN and WilliamEst events as we near the “REFLEXION” concert and continue supporting the “You Maniac” series!

removing the formal admin mask a bit, supporting lykn and est in the same space was very much an issue for a lot of people… 😭 that’s why i wasn’t receptive to that kind of feedback, it didn’t make sense to us that we couldn’t support williamest and lykn, when we had been doing so from the beginning. i now see that the term “lyknest” is a point of contention within the fandom. although i may not understand it fully, i dont want to use a label that some people see as a division rather than a union. i want to thank you for the constructive feedback. the admin team and i will revisit this and decide on a name that best fits a unity of williamest and lykn.

also to answer your question as to why we are changing the name now, we recently organized several projects for the LYKN USA tour and felt uncomfortable that all our branding had “williamestusa” on it when we were supporting a LYKN venture. we wanted our name to be inclusive.

that was never our intention and we apologize that it was perceived that way. 🙇 we truly did not know the term “lyknest” was a point of contention within the fandom. our goal is to support all of lykn and williamest, and that name felt all encompassing. we will reflect of this and decide on a name that is more appropriate for the merging of both fandoms. thank you for your feedback
