My director at work gave me some good advice the other day. He said
"Kal, sometimes things just go wrong and everybody did their best and made the best choices possible. Sometimes bad things happen or something doesn't work out and there isn't any blame."
Then I also remembered that is my takeaway from the book of Job. Sometimes bad things happen even if you do everything right. It doesn't have to be your fault. You can reframe whatever it is that's ailing you to be something like:
-an I ate difference in communication styles
-unclear expectations
-circumstances don't allow for the outcome you desire.
It's good to be realistic and not always blame everything on external factors either, but if I was a betting man, I'd bet that far less is your fault than you think it is.
God bless miss Wolf fren. Lift her up and help her overcome this dread. In Christ's name we pray, Amen.

@nostalgia_ There is an RPG I want to go back and play that came on that model of Mac. It had a terrain map you could move around and was a medieval fantasy. I cannot find the name for the life of me. Someone please help.
@Bappsmcbear@leastracistdog Don't the cops there not have guns? Should be easy to overwhelm them. I assume that the UK operates under some kind of capture the flag rules right?
Even if you know something, a reminder sometimes can be helpful.
For instance; I like everyone else know that it's important to stay hydrated when you're sick with a cold of flu.
I will still forget to drink water when sick, and I assume this is the case with most people. The reminder is good.
I think some of it comes from the locale too. Every time I've gone to Walmart in Idaho the employees have been happy and fun to talk to. Granted this is only 2 different walmarts in 2 different cities.
I suspect though, that the Walmart in Nampa ID, which pays a FTE enough to afford a 1BR apartment and a car, would have happier employees than say... Olympia or Centralia where they cannot afford such things.
@MattWalshBlog I wish I could read and agree with you on this without thinking about your hatred for Japanese media.
My nephew got into shooting Trap because he read a manga about a guy who got sent back in time with a shotgun.
