@VACalderdale @ActiveCdale Took Eric out fir his steps too. Eric is suffering from an obesity Epidemic cased by lockdown. Eric was NOT happy.

It seems like they mean it when they say you've actually got to go out and do an actual walk! Eric (our dog) has been experiencing an obesity epidemic since we both locked down 4 months ago. Thought it would do him good to come with me. Here we are, walking round the park! Result

Cor Blimey, am no longer a twitter virgin! I have signed up 'cos I am doing the Move The Calderdale Way this month. I did 3.5 miles last week, but Guy says walking to the kettle, biscuit barrel and fridge to top up my wine glass does not count. That makes it only .3 of a mile.
