onchain update for Holdem - players can no longer cash out from a tournament table mid tournament

also built a massivley multiplayer coinpush machine using @magicblock ephemeral rollups where every coin position is synced in realtime onchain for 200 simultaneous players dropping coins all at once

This coin push is a first step for us toward provably fair REAL TIME onchain games, which is a very underexplored gaming catagory

think racing, shooting, etc...
