@JagexSupport Hmm not very helpful is it though, takes 3 whole days to get a response and even then it's automated and nothing gets done. Should be doing more for your players

@JagexSupport you should start actively helping your players. My partners accounts been hacked and all you can say is there's nothing you can do? All the money he's given you and time he's put into your game and he's lost all of it? Nah. There has to be a way to get it back
