@ACShilton CONGRATULATIONS! And yes, it is so, so, SO hard. I cannot imagine not having paid parental leave. I was a wreck for the first 6 months and it was really only at the 1 year mark I started to feel better (I'm Canadian so was able to take an 18 month mat leave, thankfully).
