@CityPowerJhb We've been without electricity since the early hours of Tuesday. The ticket is constantly being marked as 'resolved' by technicians and when we call the call centre it's then 'escalated' - nobody can tell us what progress is being made (if any)! What is going on????

@CityPowerJhb Morkel Rd Lyndhurst has been without power since midnight! When will we get some feedback on repairs? Anyp ETA? We have a person dependent on oxygen and this is now beyond urgent!
