Don't ask me to DM because I've been down that route and nothing has been resolved. Are there actually any Managers available who can resolve a delivery problem that none of your advisors can?

I responded to your request to discuss your incompetent customer service in a DM and despite pinging all the information you still cannot confirm if the 4th delivery date tomorrow is guaranteed.

Losing the will to live with your incompetent customer service department. 4th delivery booked for tomorrow after 3 failed and now we are told the distribution company are "not sure" if the item will be delivered tomorrow.

Extremely disappointed that our membership has gone up by 30% this year. Advised by the assistant that they can't even look at my renewal price as the renewal date is next week. No option but to cancel then. Poor attitude towards loyal customers AA π€¬

Trying to speak to a member of your team is impossible. So frustrating and no it's not something I can do online. I just want to speak to a human being about my reservation π‘

Your ChopChop service is indeed disgraceful. Ordered this morning as I have a sick child at home. Took my money but no sign of the order. Ring your helpline,they inform me that the store no longer offers the Chopchop service, 5 day wait for a refund!
