Because I am raising concerns about the flood of unvetted illegal immigrants overwhelming American cities, the press will often characterize me as “anti-immigrant”.
As an immigrant myself, nothing could be further from the truth.
I am very much in favor of increased and expedited legal immigration for anyone who is talented, hard-working and honest.
It is bizarrely difficult and agonizingly slow to immigrate to the USA legally, but trivial and fast to enter illegally! This obviously makes no sense.
@nongdan_crypto Thank you for reading the article, ETHW Token has gained popularity among investors and cryptocurrency enthusiasts due to its potential for long-term growth and its utility within various decentralized applications 😍
2. Overview of ETHW Token
ETHW is the native token of the EthereumPoW network, which is copied with a 1:1 ratio from Ethereum ($ETH).
* Token Metrics
• Token Name: EthereumPoW Token
• Ticker: ETHW
• Blockchain: EthereumPoW
• Token Standard: Native token
• Token Type: Utility token
• Total Supply: Corresponds to the total supply of ETH at the time of the hard fork
• Circulating Supply: 107,560,519 ETHW
* Token Allocation & Release Schedule
All ETHW tokens allocated to users have been snapshot and airdropped to individuals who held ETH prior to the distribution. Those who held ETH on exchanges have also received their respective allocations.
* Token Use Cases
• Payment of transaction gas fees.
• Participation in buying and selling on the marketplace and dApps of EthereumPoW.
• Rewards for miners participating in transaction validation and network security.

@Jmasha2 Thanks mate, ETHW Token is a decentralized cryptocurrency built on the Ethereum blockchain, designed to facilitate secure and efficient transactions within the ETHW ecosystem 😁
@CryptoPlayerPro Great, holders of ETHW Token can participate in staking and earn rewards, providing an opportunity to generate passive income while supporting the network's security and stability 😊
Right, despite its effectiveness, EthereumPoW has faced criticisms for its high energy consumption and scalability limitations, leading to ongoing discussions and research on transitioning to more sustainable and scalable consensus mechanisms like Ethereum 2.0's Proof of Stake ☺️☺️☺️
Overview of EthereumPoW
1. What is EthereumPoW?
EthereumPoW (also known as Ethereum Proof-of-Work Fork) is a hard fork from the Ethereum blockchain that occurred after the event known as "The Merge."
In short, EthereumPoW is a blockchain that inherits all the old characteristics of Ethereum before "The Merge" event took place.
Purpose of EthereumPoW
The creation of EthereumPoW is closely related to the opposition of the mining community to the transition of Ethereum to the Proof-of-Stake network.
Specifically, they believe that abandoning Proof-of-Work means abandoning the essence and core uniqueness of traditional cryptocurrencies.
While this is the spirit of their argument, the root of the issue can be traced back to the fact that miners would no longer be able to earn rewards in ETH tokens by mining on the Ethereum network.
As a result, we have witnessed the emergence of the EthereumPoW network and a community that has developed under the leadership of a Chinese miner named Chandler Guo.
It is worth noting that this hard fork version received widespread support from the populous country of China, especially as the ETHW token was embraced by many Chinese-originated CEX exchanges, including Poloniex, Huobi, and MEXC Global.
With the implementation of this hard fork, many miners on the original Ethereum chain switched to EthereumPoW in hopes of continuing to mine for profit.
Notable Points about EthereumPoW:
· As a fork from Ethereum, EthereumPoW maintains the two main mechanisms for distributing mining rewards: Nakamoto Consensus and Proof-of-Work.
· Additionally, the EIP-1559 proposal, which aims to curb token inflation by burning transaction fees instead of rewarding miners, was naturally removed from the EthereumPoW chain.
· All assets on Ethereum are replicated on EthereumPoW at a 1:1 ratio. This means that all types of on-chain assets will still exist there. However, most of them will hold little value since they are not supported by issuers of supporting services (such as Tether, Circle, etc.).
· To strengthen the development of EthereumPoW, the ETHW Bridge was also introduced. This allows users to bridge assets from the Ethereum chain to this new chain. However, due to the lack of support for many tokens, this bridge is often a one-way trip.
· Lastly, it is worth mentioning that the team behind EthereumPoW operates anonymously, a decision based on lessons learned from the Ethereum Foundation's previous experiences.
#Ethereum $ETHW
@befriends4ever That's true, ethereumPoW, short for Ethereum Proof of Work, is the consensus algorithm used by the Ethereum blockchain to secure and validate transactions through mining 😁
@Sereniparkling Right, ethereumPoW relies on computational power and miners to solve complex mathematical puzzles, ensuring the integrity of the Ethereum network and preventing double spending 😉

@melikegener "The Merge" holds the potential to unlock new possibilities for Ethereum, allowing for faster transaction processing, lower fees, and increased network efficiency, which could further drive innovation and adoption within the Ethereum ecosystem ☺️
@AnaBeatriz_CR "The Merge" refers to the upcoming Ethereum network upgrade that aims to transition the platform from a proof-of-work (PoW) consensus mechanism to a more energy-efficient proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus mechanism 😍
@naninretzepe With "The Merge," Ethereum is expected to become more scalable, secure, and environmentally friendly by reducing its energy consumption and reliance on mining 😌
