@iberia why my cancelled flight has disappeared from my flight in the app so I cannot ask for compensation?

@iberia commedy continues. I’m asking for the compensation for my cancelled flight which resulted in an arrival 30 Hours late and the flight do not appear in my flights. So I cannot ask for a compensation not the certificate of cancellation. Isn’t it against passengers rights?

And chatting with the people at the desk is basically impossible. They barely know some words in english, and there was no way of understanding on which flight we would be assigned to before the check in (so basically they removed our right for a refund)

@iberia flight canceled, abandoned in an hotel without any information. The morning later we had to arrange a way to go back to the airport and try to get on another flight.
The assistance was zero, we were rebooked on a flight with more than 10 Hours of layover. Unacceptable.

10 Hours of layover + the others we had to spend here waiting for the next flight. (Which is late anyway)

Lo scorso Natale senza mio babbo e il mi nonno, questa Pasqua babbo é a casa, ma su una poltrona senza parlare e non capisco nemmeno cosa c’è di lui dentro…. Nonna in compenso é a riabilitazione…
