@Karabo_Mokgoko 100%. I never lock my luggage or cellophane wrap it but it looks so scuffed & poverty stricken they leave it alone. True story, since 2006, nothing ever stolen. When travelling to SA, I keep it modest & I have peace. But then ,i also always have travel insurance.

@BarclaysUK I've received MULTIPLE calls from Barclays over the same issue.I've spoken to different staff over the same issue. I continue to receive calls & 6 conflicting letters sent days apart. ALL saying different things.can I talk to someone that can actually sort this out.
