Had a terrible experience with @flyspicejet. BLR to BOM SG0268 was delayed by 2 hrs. Whn the boarding started thy blckd all passngers with cabin bag to check the weight & chargd 750 per kg even for 1 kg excess. Despite no checkin luggage. The staff was rude as well @DGCAIndia.
The staff when asked to get senior person staright forwardly denied and were literrly shouting at passengers. Some passengers thren the clothes outside. Pathetic service by spicejet despite the delay. Purely extortion by @flyspicejet@MoCA_GoI
While we had asked to drop the bag in checkin it was denied saying checkin is closed. When we paid the excess they said cabin area is full so the bag can go in checkin. This was sheer harassment of public travelling. Specially those who booked during Indigo crisis.
@HDFC_Bank Getting in touch with a customer care representative is near to impossible. They connect to a dedicated RM who is not available and the call gets disconnected.

@JupiterLifeline Absurd charges of ₹1500 for just showing a report to the Doctor just after a week of consultation. Consultation done on 17th Feb after payment of ₹2000, report brought on 26th Feb as informed by doctor after one week course.

@OlaElectric Pathetic Service, 1911274, 1943188, 1922140, 1943278. Support call logged for more than a week. No response to pick up the scooter for repair. Worst scooter company ever. 24K refund still pending, that's a separate issue all together.
