I’m advising everyone I know not to book through Expedia … EVER. I have friends and family who travel frequently, and they’ll never use Expedia now that they’ve seen the nightmare we’ve been through because of a “glitch” they had in January. We’re out $400.

Expedia wants to blame Frontier; Frontier is less than helpful. DON’T EVER fly Frontier! We learned our lesson!!
I’ve flown to Africa, Paris, WA, DC, Cali, TN, TX, GA, NC, and SC. I’ll only fly Delta or American now, and only book through them.
