this type of mentality is why people end up demonizing creators with complex characters with dubious or outright terrible morals. an original character is not a self insert/sona. you need a wide range of different ocs in order to tell a story, they cant all be author avatars

When making an OC (or fandom character) theme song playlist, does anyone else make it sort of have its own narrative? Like, most of mine have songs arranged so that they're reflective of the character's backstory/habits.
