@CoachDavidKlein I’m an Assistant Director for a recreation and would like to hear your thoughts. In our rec, we have tball and coach pitch, and the better players in tball are allowed 3 pitches (then 2 off tee) if the coach thinks they can handle it. To prepare them before getting to coach pitch

Every HC will tell you the key to a good job is supportive Admin.
So why would an Admin team choose to not support the coaches that they hired?
Outside of losing, not being a good coach/person, one of the highest factors for coaches to be fired/resign is “Admin wasn’t supportive”

They look at me like I’m the problem.

No buddy, you’re the problem. You have to follow the rules and be prepared by bringing your turfs.

Today's loss to @WWHS_baseball was a tough pill to swallow. I tip my hat to them for their impressive play. Our team's lack of competitiveness stems from a broader issue - a lack of discipline within our program. A crucial lesson for my team and young people in general is that discipline is essential for achieving success in life. By prioritizing the importance of rules and regulations, individuals can develop a strong foundation for discipline that can be applied to various aspects of life. Life is not solely about enjoyment; it involves completing tasks, accepting responsibilities, and navigating challenges. The discipline required to succeed in sports, such as mastering a bunt and adhering to game rules, can be translated to achieve success in life.
