A few stations ahead of moradabad many unidentified people boarded the train.. They called themselves protestors..

@BhagwantMann The step is a welcome one! Chd being UT had all rights to be governed by central civil services rules there is nothing unconstitutional about this. Agar BJP nahi karti toh hum court jate to get our self rid of the PCS rules. As an employee, we hv suffered enough..
