Andrew Garfield is the best Spider-Man, Tom Holland is the best Peter Parker, and Tobey Maguire is neither… Coming from somebody who grew up with Tobey btw.
Here is the version without the slop AI filter.
And as a reminder: Snyder filmed in his backyard during COVID with Ezra Miller on Zoom, and used old BvS footage for Superman.
I know he eventually came to like him as player but Jose first window getting pied for Fabregas and Bale very public manner and Fellaini being his marquee singing would have been death on arrival.
Superman stopping mid-disaster to save a squirrel was probably meant to scream “he cares about everyone.” Instead, it felt like Gunn was desperately begging the audience to understand that Superman is a good guy.
It wasn’t heartfelt. It was cheesy and forced.

Yet another Labour hypocrite....
I really don’t want to turn away from a third midfielder but I’m not going to lie and say there’s loads of options that I love. Not defending INEOS at all either because they should’ve moved on the premium options sooner and even if they went they could’ve pivoted to Sangare-type early. Left back is getting to a point now too, esp with Dorgu moving higher, I want one, badly. One that can run, carry + build. Not sure what everyone’s else’s thoughts are on this but…
Ashley Young talked about why he thinks Antonio Conte doesn’t last long in the clubs he manages.
He said that while his methods work and you win things if you get to play under him, it’s not a method that players find easy to repeat over a longer term.
His trainings are difficult. He said he’s never run as much in his life as he did when he played under Conte. In those first few years when everyone is still trying to impress the coach, they’re all on board but after the success, it becomes difficult to replicate because bodies are breaking down.
He also said some of his staff don’t agree with his methods. He said players sometimes go to the board to complain and say they’re tired.
Young said there was a game they lost and were doing a review and Conte stopped every two minutes to ask players why they took certain decisions. That sort of micromanagement many footballers don’t like. He said they were in that meeting for three-and-a-half hours. He said some players slept off in their meetings.
Only footballers can tell what coaches are like. It’s why some players never rate Benitez. Some footballers don’t like Emery because his sessions are too long. Some players don’t like Mourinho because his methods are crazy.
But some people also love these coaches because they played their best football under them. And these are highly successful, competent, elite coaches.
That’s life. Your methods or nature will never be universal, especially when people feel stressed by them.
I needed a receipt of what penguinz0 said about #StarWars but it was WORSE:
“They should forget the sequel trilogy AND *decanonize* it”
Sequel fans BARELY get by with books after a decade of hatred, & you want to ERASE US & OUR MOVIES?!
FUCK YOU Charlie. You are just scum now.
The Fletcher twins should NOT be playing senior football for Manchester United anymore.
With all due respect to their father, I genuinely don’t see what they offer that JJ Gabriel & Jim Thwaites can’t do better. Time for loans/U21s. #MUFC
