Village Roranwala (Tehsil Sadar, Nishtar Town, near Askari 11, Bedian Road, Lahore) has ~22,000 residents. A 1 km official road from Lidhar connects our village, with homes, a mosque, and 2 TCF Higher Secondary Schools along it.

The lives of ordinary and poor citizens are not worthless. They should not be left to suffer in silence, where just going to work is a suffering in itself. They deserve to live in the same-better and fairer-world as well.

We request immediate construction of our main road to restore access, end 1.5 years of hardship, and have safe movement for our families, students, and workers. Roranwala deserves the same development like the rest of Punjab.

Punjab is moving forward with rapid development and model villages yet Roranwala remains cut off. We urge CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif to step in and ensure our village is not left behind.

A PKR 7crore fund was announced in July 2024 by Talha Barki & Chaudhry M. Nawaz (Lidhar). Some work was done, but of very poor quality. Complaints against contractor (named Ahad) were ignored and still has not been resolved.

Around 500–600 feet of the road is submerged in sewage water, making it extremely difficult. Especially for women, students, and working individuals. Despite multiple complaints, visits, and video evidence shared with authorities & AC Sadar, no action has been taken so far.

Because of this, residents & schoolchildren have to take a 6km longer route via Shuhada Town to reach Bedian Road, hospitals, and their schools. Daily life is severely affected.
