I have published the English Version 1.0 of my seed paper for Descriptive Universe Theory on Zenodo.

This paper is not presented as a completed theory. It is a seed paper: an attempt to fix a minimal formal entry point from which later work can branch.
The paper begins from three axioms: traceability, non-total description, and reconfiguration-request capacity. From there, it develops a relational-basis framework in which branching is treated as primary, while projection, coarse-graining, quotient formation, binarisation, co-projection, record formation, bridge data, gluing, and shared constraint candidates are treated as secondary typed mediators.
The aim is to clarify how traces, non-closure, comparison, recording, shared constraints, observation positions, and finite closure may be described without assuming a completed world, a completed observer, or a fully given geometry at the outset.
This is only the first formal entry point. Geometry, time, observability, event exclusion, self-observation, ethics, AI-human collaborative thought, and applications to markets and physical systems are left for subsequent papers.
