When I called into support to find out what was going on, they told me that "this is why we recommend a secondary internet service".

So @comcast recommends that their internet customers have "backup" internet...?

@HobbyLobby Buyer beware... @HobbyLobby doesn't care about customer complaints at all. Still no response, still no resolution, and they're still using deceptive advertising tactics at their stores.

This has to be intentional at this point.

They have an obligation to 1) Fix issues with their system, and 2) Follow industry standards like MIME Types that people rely on.

@VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness @Verizon (6/9) After contacting @Verizon and providing them with a virtually unprecedented amount of supporting documentation, @VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness REFUSED to escalate the issue or address it.

They just REFUSED and WOULD NOT RESPOND to my e-mails asking for help.

1) Find the cause of the issue
2) Highlight the error in the e-mails @Verizon is sending
3) Film Videos of the issue
4) Provide examples

And sent all of this to @VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness

You would think this should be fixed. It isn't.

@VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness @Verizon (4/9) Recently, with the help of @mozthunderbird, I discovered the problem.

@VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness is erroneously specifying the MIME Type of the attachment as a PDF. Now it makes sense.

@Adobe - Perhaps you can explain to @Verizon that wav files aren't PDF's?

@VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness @Verizon (3/9) About a year or so ago we noticed that we could no longer play our voicemails on our phones.

Oddly, now they try to be opened as PDF's for some reason.

Calling @VerizonSupport @Verizon @VerizonBusiness has not been helpful as they don't understand, or care about, this.

@VerizonSupport @VerizonBusiness @Verizon (2/9) The @Verizon OneTalk service handles all of the calls that come into our office and e-mails us our voicemails if we do miss a call.

This is an important feature so that we can actually listen to messages and return calls.
