@rockwiz38 the fox footage has umpires audio from literally 0.1 seconds after the alleged comment where th umpire says he’s paying 50. at no point does the umpire use his hands to enable audio - so how could the audio not be there - i think the answer is clear.

@ScottBaileyAAP each game essentially takes 3hrs from start to finish including breaks). playing a game thursday and friday nights leaves 7 games across 2 days. to play at one venue you would need to play 4 in a day - that’s 12 hrs straight even before you consider turnaround between games.

@RalphyHeraldSun so we are moving from a system where the premier can pick up a top 5 Levi Ashcroft for 4 picks in the fourties’ to system (implemented by the same premiers former CEO) that means a club with a top 5 pick may struggle to pay for a slightly higher top 5 pick. never change AFL.
