@RoryBynum1@Pauline98476699 he is on point in one aspect...we need a streaming platform for the audience that wants to support Black American filmmakers, creators, entrepreneurs, etc.
@Pauline98476699 I can attest to this. These young folks love films; watching them and making them. They came to the school already full of filmmaking knowledge. They're shooting films for class and their own films too. Here's a great one that I found on youtube. https://t.co/LXTtmWpc7T
@SnizzyKnowsBest@byjoelanderson you're right, i didn't read it. i just did. i now see that you're a goofy and i shouldn't have responded to you in the first place. ✌️
@SnizzyKnowsBest@byjoelanderson what trend?? he showed one person. were there any other Black boxers there?? Black NBA players?? WNBA?? U quote Jackie on your bio....well his testimony to congress in 1949 effectively ended Paul Robeson's career...the Globetrotters didn't testify that day
@WeAreBAGN lol...you'll be aight. they'll have their to place to congregate on their own channel. same with the news and the other channels. we'll entertain ourselves and monetize it all. we playing spades too. a central, professionalized location with an rfid card table, a host, etc.
@JacksonHarlem She's speaking nothing but truth here. The system has always been specifically against us doing business with ourselves. Our middle class and their dollars moved out of the neighborhood allowing other folks to move in. EVERYONE got help with their business ventures except us.
@mcg_celeste@WeAreBAGN hey Celeste. i’m currently tracing the entire history of Black American music...how the spirituals (Negro folk music) birthed everything. recently i've focused on the years 1890-1900; ragtime, blues, jazz, opera, quartets, minstrelsy, etc. #BlackMusicMonth#NegroFolkMusic
