@jamie__treacy Even though it is not creative, google docs and slides are used in the classrooms I work with all the time. It is just easy for students to edit and move around their work.

@jamie__treacy I am very fortunate to have technology available in the district I work at. There are strict rules that are shared with students and parents at the beginning of the year.

@jamie__treacy There are way too many apps to keep up with. I think you just keep up with the top 2-3 you use the most. As I find new ones (like the ones we are learning about now ie. jeopardy) I keep them on a list I created for myself in case I want to use them in the future.

@Tri_Teaches In my district the PTO has provided technology ie. smart boards to many classrooms. I understand that this may not be an option to everyone but it is worth a try.

@Tri_Teaches Google classroom gives students more flexibility in how and when they can turn in their work. They also help with student/teacher communication.

@MissM_teaches8 @Tri_Teaches I agree. I know I sometimes take for granted the technology and equipment that is available in our district. I realize many are not as lucky as we are.

@Tri_Teaches The smartboard not working or the video not launching are the worse! I hate having to call the tech person for help.#drewteach

@Tri_Teaches Using kahoot to engage the whole classroom in discussion. It is a great and fun tool.
