@hendrix_uk @KyivIndependent This is standard practice in all weapons sales. Countries that sell weapons have right to block the resale/ transfer of weapon systems

Isn't just US same standard was applied by Germans to block transfer of weapons from Estonia to Ukraine and others have done same in war

Has construction on new Type 055 been confirmed at either Jiangnan or Dalian? I have seen speculation on it but was not sure if it's actually been verified recently.

@RalstonReports I know people including Ralston have put it out there that you should be cautious reading into early voting data, but I wonder do states with closed primaries by chance have a higher correlation with more accurate early voting analysis?
