This piece reflects so many chapters of Michelle and my story, and we’re thrilled that it will be on display in the Hope and Change lobby at the Obama Presidential Center starting this Juneteenth.

Next up in our Women’s History Month series, our General Manager, Morgan Tuck.

Drafted #3 overall by the Connecticut Sun in 2016, Morgan spent four seasons with our organization before finishing her five-year WNBA career as a champion in Seattle.

Across her time in the league, she built her game on versatility, resilience, and a team-first mindset. She also represented USA Basketball on several occasions, most recently earning a gold medal at the 2018 FIBA World Cup.

Now, she brings that full-circle experience back to the Connecticut Sun, helping shape the future of the team she once played for.

Currently the youngest General Manager in the WNBA, Morgan Tuck’s relationship with the game didn’t end when her playing days did. It transformed into leadership, stewardship, and a commitment to shaping what comes next. This Black History Month, we honor her legacy in motion.
