🚨 UPDATE: The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has decided not to open an investigation into FIFA president Gianni Infantino over allegations of political interference involving U.S. President Donald Trump.

The complaint, submitted by human rights organisation FairSquare, claimed Infantino breached Olympic political neutrality rules because of his close ties with Trump, including the controversial decision that saw Folarin Balogun's suspension reversed.

Despite the allegations, the IOC has confirmed it will not pursue the matter.
