@vumatel The issue is after 16 days if trying to get my internet activated, I have ran out of resources, if this can't be fixed by tomorrow I would have officially exhausted all my means to keep up my work because if how expensive this whole ordeal has been.

@vumatel How long does the dev team take to clear the address? After numerous escalations, you'd think an escalations is just a fancy work to shut someone up. The ONT lights still look like they are locked.

@Vodacom Im not sure what to say at this point, I have wasted so much money, so many hours trying to get Vodacom to RELEASE MY LINE, do I need to struggle so much to get just get the line release? I always get a be patient message? 0 update, 0 feedback,WHY????????????

@vumatel Can i please get someone to assist me, this is as worse as @Vodacom at this point, I haven't had ANY INTERNET FOR WEEKS NOW, AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP BECAUSE @Vodacom can HOLD A LINE WITH ZERO CONSEQUENCE, JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN.

@Vodacom This is day 10 trying to get Vodacom to give me some sort of message about why they ARE HOLDING MY LINE, I havent had any internet for the past 10 days, and I cant because you are holding my line, why???
