@garymo2007 @YouTube Gary, could the Pirates extend Skenes early, buy a few more years of control, and provide him assurance paying him more does not lower team payroll? For example, start at 20 million and escalate, but cap his salary at 20 percent of payroll, with maybe a FA penalty if it doesn’t.
