“Si el árbitro sanciona una infracción, pero identifica claramente de forma errónea al jugador que la cometió y muestra una tarjeta amarilla o roja al jugador equivocado del equipo infractor (sancionado), solo podrá revisarse la identidad del infractor; la infracción en sí no podrá revisarse, salvo que esté relacionada con un gol, una jugada de penal o una tarjeta roja directa.”

¿En que mundo pudo cambiar la dinámica? Lo que revisaron que una tarjeta amarilla mal aplicada, no confusión de identidad.
