Well, good news, all maps fo Chapter 1 of Kingmaker are now uploaded and walls added in Foundry. We'll have to wait and see if the group gets through all the maps or if something stands in their way!

Can I just LUL for a moment. Someone in this wonderful media scape views my views on violence in DnD. Apparently, they do not know enough about how I play the game. The Painbow. The Taldar. Shorwyn's blade. Come now friend, do not fear I will kill, but I will also talk. And walk!

@kazumiochin I never looked at it that way, but you're right. I've actually moved on to Pathfinder 2E, but now that I look back on my DnD 5E stuff, there really wasn't a way to get around violence. I like that you can get XP for diplomatically ending encounters in PF2E.

The worst days are when something comes up and your DnD/Pathfinder session doesn't happen. I use my games as an escape from everything going on in my life and when real-life attacks a member of the party, it's just rough. Ah well, there is always next week.

It has been a week. Generally terrible. Just need to get through to Saturday and I get some happiness. Then a few days of bliss. Sometimes life is really tough. I just keep waiting on the sunshine.

@HN2DM So curious. Would it be okay for the player to fudge their dice roll? Or adjust their HP on the fly?

So, just to note, I don't adjust my monster's HP, but I'm running a system that isn't DnD, so the HP is pretty balanced for the monsters if the encounter is built correctly.

My heart is hurting for Ukraine. Everyone should be able to live peacefully. The fact that they are being invaded and their country is being destroyed tears at my soul. I hate not being able to help in some way. Slava Ukraini!

I had one of the most amazing #pathfinder2e sessions today. I decided to say yes to everything that my group asked. I'm not saying they succeeded at everything, but if they wanted to try something, I let them. It was kind of freeing. I should listen more to my theatre background.

For my #pathfinder2e friends and players who have children. I've been brainstorming with a colleague about writing a short one-shot to introduce children to the game. I'm wanting to know what age you think would be best. I'll add a poll, but I really want your thoughts too.
