But honestly I feel like there are some great printers on the market that finally meet all of my demands for what a 3D printer should be. I'm much happier being in background doing design work than running a business.

@pizzapal84 @3DPBelgian Basically my design philosophy was just brute force overkill through the design challenges. Sometimes it's fun just to design things without limitations that basically say f you to physics 😂.

@pizzapal84 @3DPBelgian The electrical enclosure does have a fan pointed right at the duet board and it's thermally controlled via CPU temp. It is waaaay Overkill. The y-axis is designed that in the very rare instance you print an extremely heavy object it will not lose a step, like 5kg mass.

@3DPBelgian Yes I did go back to work in the engineering field and I absolutely love my day job. I made 80 printers the year of 2020 all by myself and it was just a lot of work and honestly I got burned out pretty quick. I'm glad I was able to get a few out there but it was just too much.
