On the worst stormy day of the year, I've had one neighbour collect my recycling bins that had blown into the middle of the road, and another drop off homemade treats and a card. This neighbourhood ain't so bad 💓

@Billius27 Clear communication for the reason behind it as well as a bar or goal for when it can be lifted - a bit of motivation to get cases down too. I don't think this should be time measured but rather data measured - "hospitalized cases below ___ level" etc.
