Hay @Homebase_uk Ordered 2 fridges from Homebase for a work site. Confirmation had wrong details, no billing address, no company name, no invoice. Chatbot useless. No human support. Now I'm facing a disciplinary because it looks like I bought them myself. £250 down. Never again.

The drain covers above the hydrant have holes & allows dirt, tarmac and silt in and it builds up.
Local councils used to be responsible for cleaning them so this doesn’t happen in an emergency, but cost cutting means this is the reality now
