@TicketmasterUK I had 2 tickets in the basket for Blur in Newcastle, had 5 minutes left to pay, proceed to pay for them, then get a "It's not you, it's us" message and now have nothing, and they're all gone. You owe me two tickets as, "it's not me, it's you" at fault.
