@UberUKI_Support I’m not sure if you read my whole post, but I called this number which is where I received the poor support and dismissive customer service.
@McDonaldsUK McDelivery service from your app was awful just now. Food was prepared and ready to pick up before 1pm, not delivered until after 1:30pm so obviously cold on arrival. On speaking to @UberUKI_Support customer support I was told it was delivered in an acceptable time…
It seems to me though that your partnership aims to send unhappy customers to call centres abroad with no accountability and leave them out of pocket and hungry. Thanks!
…and that is the end of the matter. I’ve made a Subject access request so you can hear the poor level of support offered by your delivery partner. I believed @McDonaldsUK had standards regarding the food they served and @UberUKI_Support supposedly had standards for delivery.
@KFC_UKI_Help Your Notting Hill Branch are going from bad to worse. Is this the standard for an uncustomised Zinger Tower? A drop of salsa, not a shred of lettuce (I didn't ask for lettuce to be removed). Standards really have dropped. Quality control non-existent.
@StarbucksUK I ordered a venti. This is what I was given after going back with a half full cup and being told it's because you wanted no ice. They added extra coconut milk. No other Starbucks has given me a half full cup because I didn't want ice. How can you call this a venti?
