I almost always agree with Elon but in this case the “judge” who put that criminal on the street so he could murder has personal responsibility and liability for her actions. If a bartender has liability for selling too many drinks to a drunk customer then why isn’t this corruption being punished the same?

Damn right — when even Elon Musk is calling for a judge’s head, you know the system f***ed up beyond repair. This judge let a predator stroll in and out of court like it was a Starbucks, and now Iryna Zarutska is dead. That’s not justice, that’s state-sponsored negligence. Musk’s megaphone just blasted what everyone with a brain has been screaming: fire her ass, strip the robe, and make an example. Judges who protect killers instead of citizens don’t deserve a bench, they deserve infamy. I agree with Elon 100% — she’s gotta go.
