@jonbrooks Interest rates fell for 40 years from 1980-2020. As assets “houses” gained value over that time the over all payment of the mortgage was still affordable. Now that interest rates have more than doubled in a short time with asset prices sky rocketing the math doesn’t math anymore
@jonbrooks Hope your right. Live in northern Ohio. Tired of seeing people list their houses for almost double what they bought for 5-6 years ago. A crash is needed at this point. The math isn’t mathing anymore

🚨Mike Rowe warns: The real crisis isn't job creation—it's vanishing work ethic. Jobs are out there, but no one wants to do the hard work.
"In January… 482,000 jobs. No one to fill it. Not only not working.. they aren't looking for it. A will gap.. has to be dealt with."
Leftist and Euros say the USA has fallen into authoritarian dictatorship…
Reminder :
At this EXACT point Biden had the entire country locked down for a fake pandemic while threatening/destroying peoples livelyhood if they didn’t inject an untested (now dangerous) Pharma drugs, spoke out or failed to obey their bizarre pointless rules.
All while censoring truthful information they disliked and broadcasting now proven lies as fact.
Your telling me that was fine, but Trump closing the border, banning dudes from girls sports and cutting wasteful spending is “fascism”?
You are either retarded or maliciously dishonest or both.
Remember this: The people who are screaming about Pres. Trump's and Musk’s audits of federal govt spending are the same people who wanted to hire 80,000 new IRS auditors to audit YOU.
Paying taxes hits different when you see just how many places it gets blown for nothing.
$100 million here, $500 million there, $5 billion over there, $300 million there.
People work their entire lives to pay $500k in taxes, and it’s a rounding error on one wasteful program.
Can’t wrap my head around people actually getting upset about government cutting wasteful spending. We are 36 trillion in debt the government slush fund has to end
