1. Old DOT Holders will be airdropped from the new supply randomly and a figure of 1053 will be minted for that airdrop.
2. 333 NFTs will be minted with the treasury wallet to be used for giveaways and for marketing in future.

The SEI Creator fund is now live on GitCoin.

Basically, there is a 500,000 SEI pool that will be distributed to the top creators and builders on $SEI.

There are multiple rounds with different timelines and funding limits. But the FIRST one is live.

What's happening?
Using quadratic funding (QF), they match small donations from the community with bigger funds from SEI Foundation. QF rewards projects based on donor count, not just donation size. This approach captures community needs and fosters shared ownership.

Gitcoin's track record speaks for itself: $60 million allocated, 4.2 million donations, and over 300,000 developers onboarded. Now, with the Sei Creator Fund, our community has a direct hand in shaping our ecosystem's future.

Wow that sounded nerdy. What does it actually mean?
- Basically, We the community, vote for which projects we think deserve funding by donating small (or big) amounts of SEI.
- Gitcoin and quadratic funding use some kind of math formula to make sure that the unique amount of people voting is just as important as the donated amount. (Quantity of people voting for you > Amount donated)
- The top voted projects will receive funding.
