Now private equity can control pricing for food costs with zero competition. Just like they did with housing.

What's the US's "fourth" city. Jacksonville, Pensacola, and Daytona Beach are pretty clearly the top 3 but the 4th is more ambiguous. I feel like the main contenders are probably St. Pete, Gainesville, Tallahassee, or maybe Kissimmee.
