@ODEONHelp hi, for some reason I was charged twice for my booking. Instead of £25 for 2 tickets, I have been charged £25 twice for a total of £50. I have bank statements to prove. Please can you help!! Thanks x
@premierinn hi. I would like to book again with yourselves. Last time I booked we had an internal room. This was not a positive experience. How can we ensure we have a room with a window? Do I contact the hotel? Thanks
@thetrainline my train has been cancelled due to strikes. Can I have a link to a refund request please? Additionally, I have had to pay an additional £132 for a different ticket because of this cancellation as the next train was not the same company and was told I couldn’t get it
