Cars are being parked on the public footpath in front of Hangover Pub, forcing pedestrians to walk on the busy road and putting their safety at risk.

Despite repeated complaints and photo evidence being available to support immediate action, @hsrltrafficps Inspector Mr. Manjunath has allegedly ignored the complaint. He reportedly stated that the pub belongs to the Karkala MLA and that he cannot take action.

Is the law above political influence, or does it apply differently to establishments linked to politicians?

I urge the Joint Commissioner of Traffic and GBA authorities to investigate this matter, verify the evidence, and take immediate action against illegal footpath parking and obstruction.

Who will protect the rights and safety of ordinary pedestrians? Public footpaths must be kept free from illegal parking, irrespective of political connections.
